Ahwatukee Foothills, often simply called Ahwatukee, is an urban village of Phoenix, Arizona. While geographically, Ahwatukee forms the southernmost portion of Phoenix, it is normally considered to be part of the East Valley region of the Phoenix metropolitan area

Gilbert is currently the most populous incorporated town in the United States. It is the sixth-largest municipality in Arizona, and the fifth-largest in the Metropolitan Phoenix Area.

Scottsdale is a desert city in Arizona east of state capital Phoenix. It's known for its spa resorts and golf courses, including TPC Scottsdale. Farther north, trails wind through McDowell Sonoran Preserve, a desertscape of hills, rock formations and cacti. Nearby is Taliesin West, architect Frank Lloyd Wright’s former home and studio. Downtown's Old Town Scottsdale has 1920s buildings and 19th-century olive trees.

Queen Creek is located at 33°15′47″N 111°38′05″W (33.263101, −111.634685).[5] The Town of Queen Creek is primarily within Maricopa County, but the Town Limits also extend into Pinal County on the eastern and southern borders. Even further to the east and south of QC Town Limits in Pinal County is the large (est. 87,000 population in 2015) unincorporated community of San Tan Valley.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 25.8 square miles (66.8 km²), all of it land.

Tempe is located in the East Valley section of metropolitan Phoenix; it is bordered by Phoenix and Guadalupe on the west, Scottsdale on the north, Chandler on the south, and Mesa on the east. Tempe is also the location of the main campus of Arizona State University.

Sun Lakes is a census-designated place (CDP) in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. The population was 13,975 at the 2010 census. Sun Lakes is an active adult community comprising five active adult country club communities in three homeowner associations. These include the gated communities of Oakwood and IronWood (IronOaks), and the gated and non-gated communities of Palo Verde and Cottonwood (Cottonwood Palo Verde), and the non-gated community of Sun Lakes 1. Sun Lakes is a master-planned community developed by a single builder, Robson Communities. Robson Communities was founded by Ed Robson.
